SEASONAL UPDATES AND LAWNCARE TIPS!!                                                                                          HOT TOPICS!!!                                                                                ** SERVICE  UPDATE **                                                                                   WELCOME TO 2010!!                                      WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS FOR THE 2010 LAWN SEASON  !!         We once again had a terrific season in  2009 and look forward to the challenges that 2010 brings. Now is the time to get on our list of  customers for our spring services including fertilization, weed control and core-aeration  .  We are also accepting new mowing customers for the 2010 season.              WE SPECIALIZE IN CARING FOR YOUR LAWN AND THE ENVIRONMENT AT THE SAME TIME!        At Easy Acres Lawn Care we are constantly striving to provide you with the best lawn care possible, while     at the same time using products and methods that maximize safety for both your family and the environment.     One example is our practice of spot spraying weeds once we get a new customer's initial weeds under control.     Although spot spraying takes more time than applying a blanket spray, we can greatly reduce our impact on the     environment by minimizing the amount of pesticide used.     Following are just a few examples of how we are upgrading our program in 2010 to help us achieve these goals.            1)  BETTER, SAFER  INSECT CONTROL!       For 2010, we are upgrading our program to include the first insect control product to ever be awarded a "reduced risk" label by the     environmental protection agency.  This means that the product is so low in toxicity to non-target species when used as directed     that it does not require any kind of signal word such as "CAUTION" or "DANGER" on the label.  University field trials have also     shown that this product is actually MORE effective at controlling damaging insects while not harming sensitive beneficial species     such as honey bees.  We are very excited about this product and it will be included in all our programs.            2)  ORGANIC FERTILIZER PRODUCTS BECOME AN OPTION FOR 2010!      We will be offerring the option of incorporating all natural organic fertilizers into a custom program for those who want a more organic     approach to their lawncare.  Although using organic fertilizers does result in a modestly higher program cost, we are committed     in offerring the option to those who feel the benefits outweigh the small extra expense.                                      LAWN RENOVATIONS!!  WE SPECIALIZE IN EXTREME LAWN MAKEOVERS!!                                  The following are just a few pictures of our past fall lawn makeovers .  We need to point out that  these photos are not                      "photoshopped" or in   anyway enhanced, but regular photos taken by an amateur (ME!)  as they appear straight out of the camera.                  We also need to point out that these customers followed our watering instructions EXACTLY, as this is both the most important and tedious                 part of the job.  A complete lawn renovation is also the perfect time to install an underground sprinkler system as a few of our customers did.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     ONE MORE EXTREME LAWN MAKEOVER, THE EASY ACRES WAY!!                       The neighbors would like to thank the new owners of this home for correcting years of neglect!!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        The before shots of the lawns were taken in September 2007.
